Flat plasma freezer
working principle:
1. The integrated (single-layer) compressor condenser is integrated with the main unit, and the split design (multi-layer) is used to externally mount the compressor condenser. The indoor unit is an automated moving part combined with a high-performance refrigeration plate.
2. The quick freezing machine adopts a high-performance flat plate contact type, and the upper and lower cold plates (double plates) need to have independent refrigeration systems. The plasma bag is placed between the upper and lower cold plates to achieve rapid freezing; To ensure the accuracy of the movement distance of the cold plate, the movement mode is controlled by a motor and does not accept pneumatic control, to ensure that the plasma bag is not crushed by the cold plate during plasma freezing;
3. When the quick freezing machine is running without load, the temperature of the upper and lower cold plates is ≤ -65 ℃; (Testing reports from provincial or above medical device quality supervision departments must be provided)
4. Adopting flexible contact technology to ensure even cooling of the plasma bag;
5. Standard capacity (single layer): The frozen amount of plasma per batch is ≥ 36 bags (200ml);
6. Freezing time: The center temperature of the fully loaded blood bag (200ml) drops to -30 ℃ ≤ 30min;
7. The refrigeration system of the quick freezing mechanism adopts imported two-stage compressors and environmentally friendly refrigerants;
